Welcome, I’m Olivia Snow, PhD LMHC
I see healing as a journey toward liberation—one that requires courage, care, and connection.
I’m here to offer trauma-informed, relationally centered therapy to support the next stage of your healing journey.

You’re in the Right Place
Maybe you're getting tired of always “keeping it together.” You might be moving through a hard season, a big transition, or confronting past memories disrupting your day to day. Wherever you are on that path, you don't have to walk it alone. Here, therapy is a space to be met as a whole person and to feel empowered to move toward the life and connections you want.
How I Can Help
I practice from the belief that our struggles are shaped by our relationships, personal histories, and the oppressive systems we move through. Together, we explore how these forces have shaped you and discover new ways of relating to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
Through collaboration and reflection, I hope to ignite meaningful change in the lives of my clients by utilizing adapted, uniquely tailored approaches that align with their needs. Whether we work one-on-one or I support you and your partner together, my aim is the same: to create a space where authenticity and vulnerability are welcome, and where your unique history and experiences are honored.
-
When you've survived something painful, your mind and body learned to protect you. Trauma has a way of staying with us. In the body, in our reactions, and in the stories we tell ourselves. Together, we work to loosen its grip so the past feels less like the present.
-
From trying to conceive to postpartum and beyond, transitioning to parenthood is a profound experience of change. From the excitement and joy to the challenges and overwhelm, it’s important to have support that understands the depth of transformation you are facing.
-
Sometimes growth means outgrowing an old version of yourself. In other moments, growth requires support and reconnection with various aspects of our identity. This is a space to honor where you've been, who you are, and step toward who you're becoming.
-
When worry won't quiet or the heaviness won't lift, everyday life can feel like too much. Here, we work toward relief, steadiness, and a way forward that feels possible.
-
Relationships can hold both our deepest comfort and our hardest wounds. Whether you're navigating conflict, drifting apart, or concerns around intimacy and sex, this is a space to be honest, be heard, and reconnect.
-
When daily life feels like too many open tabs, you may find yourself forgetting, procrastinating, feeling behind. We'll find practical tools that fit how you actually live and think and explore lifestyle factors impacting your well-being.

Who you'll be working with
Hi, I'm Olivia, I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a PhD in counseling Psychology offering individual and couples therapy through an integrative approach that balances a trauma-informed relational-psychodynamic framework with evidenced-based behavioral strategies (CBT/DBT). I also support fellow clinicians and professionals in the field through consultation and professional development.
As a clinician, I value showing up as genuine, authentic, and honest with those I work with. Working with me is often described as dynamic, collaborative, and reflective throughout treatment. Depending on what you need, I offer a spectrum of support, from more structured tools to an open, exploratory space, all aimed at helping change take root. I have expertise supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples to make sense of experiences shaped by intersecting systems of oppression and generational wounds—while cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and authentic connection.
When I'm not in session, you'll likely find me running around Brooklyn, experimenting with my focaccia bread recipe, or getting lost in the next big fiction novel.
